Designed for all levels, this high energy, music-driven fitness boxing workout combines cardio, shadow boxing, HIIT, body weight strength and individual heavy bag training for a sweat inducing, mind and body experience (45 minutes).
FORM AND FOOTWORK (THE BOXUNION METHOD)
A comprehensive and in-depth review of boxing fundamentals—great for newcomers or those looking for a hands-on breakdown of the six punches and defensive moves. Review technique, form and footwork, then take your knowledge to the bag with a mini class.
PRIVATE COACHING (PRIVATE)
Our Champion Training provides a one-on-one opportunity to grow, move and advance with the individual attention of an expert coach (60 minutes). Available in-studio or at home for an additional travel fee.
