Designed for all levels, this high-energy, music-driven fitness boxing workout combines cardio, shadow boxing, plyometrics and individual heavy bag training for a sweat inducing, mind and body experience (45 minutes).
FORM AND FOOTWORK (FUNDAMENTALS)
A weekly, comprehensive and in-depth 60-minute review of boxing fundamentals—great for newcomers or those looking for a hands-on breakdown of the six punches and defensive moves. Review technique, form and footwork, then take your knowledge to the bag with a mini class (60 minutes).
BOX LUNCH (midday)
Short on time, big on energy? This quick and dirty, highly efficient class is guaranteed to burn calories and leave you with an appetite for more. Get in. Get out. Get back to your day. (30 minutes).
PRIVATE COACHING (PRIVATE)
Our Champion Training provides a one-on-one opportunity to grow, move and advance with the individual attention of an expert coach (60 minutes). Be sure to ask about our $30/30 minute first timer technique training.
