If you have em’, bring em’. If you don’t, don’t worry. We have quickwraps for purchase for $6.00 and fresh gloves to rent for $2.00.
Lockers and Showers
We have lockers for your convenience and our showers are stocked with Malin + Goetz products.

We take safety seriously. From the floors to the bags, our space is designed to be comfortable and secure. If you have any existing medical issues, please speak with a medical professional.

Whether you are new to boxing or its been a while, FORM + FOOTWORK is a great way to catch up on some fundamental moves.
